Arsenal may be without several key players when they face Liverpool in the Premier League this weekend.
The Gunners host the Merseyside club at the Emirates Stadium in a big game at the top of the table.
Mikel Arteta’s side go into the contest on the back of a 1-0 win over Shakhtar Donetsk in the Champions League in midweek as Arsenal returned to winning ways following last weekend’s defeat to Bournemouth in the top flight.
Arsenal are currently four points adrift of Liverpool in the Premier League table after the first eight games of the season, and will be determined to claim the victory over their title rivals in the early stages of the campaign.
However, Arteta will be forced to name an Arsenal team, with several of his first-team options being unavailable either through suspension or injury.
William Saliba will not be involved in the game as he serves a ban after picking up a red card in last week’s defeat to Bournemouth.
